We are well established research institute established in 2012. We are recognised by DSIR and by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). We currently are guiding students who are pursuing their PhD courses in RGUHS. The institute is equipped with state of the equipment such as Flow cytometer, RT-PCR and separate cell culture facility. Our aim is to transform the institute into a Biotech company.

We need experienced, capable and enthusiastic personal that shares our vision and can develop the company. We also can collaborate with other companies or teams who can do the same.

Job Title: Principal Scientist and CEO

Qualification:
PHD in Biology
- 5 Years Lab experience

Responsibilitie include but are not limited to:

  • Bringing business by approaching Universities and also by responses through the website.
  • Guiding current and future PhD students.
  • Conduct scientific experiments in laboratory for assigned research projects.
  • Develop project plan and execute scientific programs in a timely manner.
  • Apply for Government research funding and certifications.
  • Recommend optimal laboratory procedures and techniques to achieve project goals.
  • Teaching project and training students.
  • Document laboratory experiments and present research results to management.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot scientific issues in a timely manner.
  • Operate laboratory equipment safely and effectively.
  • Ensure that lab is maintained clean, safe and organized.
  • Report any accidents and damages to management promptly.
  • Maintain environmental awareness and follow hygiene and environmental procedures.
